Some of our favourite effects are inexpensive vintage (or new) boxes that can be used and abused in interesting ways. It's one of the ways we got into this whole game of making noises and experimenting in the studio - buy something cheap and weird and see what it does. This is a collection of everything on the site that costs under about £250 - you'll find both new guitar effect pedals (that are often well worth trying with other instruments) from our carefully curated range, plus all the odd effects boxes we pick up along the way. Some are old favourites that we try and keep in stock and others are random one-offs - impulse purchases from our trawlings all over the world. Some we've experimented with extensively, others are odd-ball pieces priced to clear because we haven't had time to get to them.
